The recent Heated confrontations between Bola Tinubu and DAAR Communication is nothing but another unwarranted fracas which could have been avoided. Its difficult not to ask what the media house really meant of it, to have come up with such a broadcast of a non contesting popular citizens of the country is something to pounder. Although reasons may eagerly suggests that either someone with an extravagant deep pocket is clearing the invoice on the said period. In the one hour documentary aired, it describe who and what one of the APC leader is,what he has been and what they think in their opinion he will turn out to be. At any rate, it’s very difficult to agree or disagree with this assertions. To out rightly say he (Tinubu) is an angel will be an exaggeration but when does character assassination creep in when describing or projecting who a particular citizen is or was. One couldn’t help but to put up a hatred attitude towards the subject in which his personality is been portray as one of earth scum bag, while he on the other hand isn’t  trying to present himself as a savior of the Polity. At any rate it’s also an insight to critically adjudge oneself of the reason for this, as if the public didn’t know who the man is, an average thinking nigerian will assert without thinking that all nigerian politician are as crooked as they come. But when a particular veteran television station go out of its way to elaborately run an image damaging documentary about a particular politician is a pointer to the fact that the act is more cynical and devious than its projected reasons for the public to see. In another words the actions and decisions also portray what DAAR communications is all about, it readily shows that it’s just a hungry money seeking broadcasting medium that wouldn’t flinch to do anything either morally or legally right or wrong for a couple of cash.  Needless to say that it’s of note worthy to adjudge the politician in question the benefit of the doubt. The broadcaster would have had a very hard time in running a documentary of such was his reputation as a politician is judiciously intact. In a general opinion, the said politician is viewed by many as an extremely corrupt man who is hell bent in making all the state’s property his. Its not a news or unheard truth on how he forcefully mandate his political allies and god sons to pay him back with series of reward be it money, contracts, state properties and so on his unending willingness to almost acquire what he could lay his sight or mind on is uncharacteristically legendary, should this said broadcast be critically examine to rightly pinpoint where the media house didn’t get it right, it will be a big task to legally exonerate him. This in its light isn’t good enough for a said gigantic figure of a change advocator. In light of this, it will be a good radiance should Bola Tinubu take the said broadcast as a mirror of truth on himself and studiously work on righting the wrongly projected image, the best way to handle this will be to engage himself in a personal introspection rather than entering a legal battle with the media house. Although it will be a hard task for a famous figure like him to not engage in this image destroying broadcast because of its implications and possible general opinion of him.B_G7O6cVIAARa1x

The legal battle on his own will pronouncedly bring about another leverage of forestalling any other occurrence of such from appearing again. In reality, it’s very appalling to see how political motivated occurrences unfold time and time again. To have said we have seen or heard enough of a politically motivated television broadcast scandals is an understatement, time and time again things like this will always surface. It will be fun to keep our fingers crossed and patiently wait for what else to expect as time went by….I Rest My Pen.
