  • The reports of corruption in the Nigerian Law School is been brought to the limelight again and this time, the populace should ask for prompt reckoning and accountability, this repeated cases of impunity shouldn’t be allowed to be swept under the rug this time around, an example too many is more than enough to bring to book all corrupt legal culinary.

    If the institution that produces lawyers and judges to guide constitutional and legal equity is this rotten, how do we expect a fair legal representation in the country.

    The corruption and misappropriation in the nigeria law school didn’t actually starts this present administration led by Prof Isa Hayatu but during the Onadeko Reign, his predecessor, but couldn’t rule out involvement or any sort of cover up by any body in this present administration.

    Lawyers, as learned men that they are gives a scare in writing this piece so that they do not slam me with all sorts of charges and make my life miserable in a court of law, and before a judge who was primarily an attorney.

    But this matter of examination fraud in the Nigerian Law School is of national significance and, as such, worthy of a comment. After all, lawyers are usually the first to jump into proffering comments on issues that bother on equity and, I am almost certain that not a few of them would want this matter to be swept under the carpet.

    Over the years, various complaint has surfaced in the social media about injustice, victimization, abuse of office and position of authority been levied again a these perceived great mind in the legal training field especially in Lagos and Abuja respectively, but all complaint have seem to fell on deaf ear. For how long will this continue before a remedial solution is applied.
