GOV AYADE NOTED HIS DECISIONS TO JOIN THE APC GENERATED A WIDE SPREAD CONCERN

Ben Ayade, the governor of cross rivers state have pointed out a widespread concern on his decision to join the All Progressive Congress (APC) he noted that people from all spheres have been asking him why he made such decisions in the wake of national issues rocking the leadership of the country spareheaded by the APC.

The disclosure was made when he met with the president about two weeks after his defection. Although, he stated that the president influenced him to join the party, but it's very difficult to understand why despite the ill performance of president Buhari and backlash from all quarters, he could still impress a governor like Ben Ayade to join the group.

But Nigerians are quick to reacts to his claim, stating that it's because a lot of people overrated his intelligence and patriotism to national progress. Perhaps, there must be something else beneath the ordinary eye for the young governor. My take is that the APC might have an assignment for the cross river governor either now or come 2023.
