During the covid-19 lockdown, when all APC governing states went into the total lockdown, he kept his state opened, but curtail some avoidable gatherings, While movements are free, worship and religious centers, government markets and schools were closed ,

Been infected with the virus himself, this doesn’t hinder him from making the right decisions for the state, it rather enhance its possibility of salvaging the states wobbling economy.

Shortly after the covid story is simmering down, he proceeds to create an escape routes for the state farmers by expanding the operations of the state’s agricultural arm in other to help them boost productions, in an attempt to increase crop productions to cushion the effects of covid-19.

Earlier on Saturday 20th of June he flagged off the expansion and renovations of the abandoned government properties . The Oyo state agricultural development programme (OYSADEP) which has long been forgotten for decades , the state department of agricultural development is suddenly revived, at a time like this, it’s a responsive approach to push the state out of the covid-19 effects.
