Chelsea’s attention now turns to the Carabao Cup final, as Thomas Tuchel’s men take on Liverpool at Wembley in the hope of adding more silverware to their trophy cabinet.

The Carabao cup final between Chelsea and Liverpool is the highlight of the weekend. Chelsea look likely to lift it as they have been wining trophies even when they played badly.

Klopp on Chelsea: “It’s very important who is coming back, we probably should expect Reece James being back and these kind of things.

Then you still don’t know who will start, that makes a big difference for Chelsea, who they have available and which system they will play.”

Kloop continue; We have tools to cause each team problems and that’s what we have to be focused on and I hope that works out.”

“You will never play a final. It never happened to me, at least against a ‘weaker’ side, you just face top-class teams, world-class teams and that is the case here as well.

Tuchel on his Chelsea's team during a press conference: “We had training today with everyone on the pitch except for Ben Chilwell, which is brilliant news. This is pretty much it. Both [Kovacic and Ziyech] ok since today.”

Right-back Reece James therefore could be set to feature after a lengthy spell out on the sidelines, with Tuchel saying that the 22-year-old has been “brilliant in the last two training sessions”.

There's plenty to look out for in the wembley encounter between two scincilating English football teams.
