A stalemate last night at the Bridge against Brighton was enough to move the Blues up to 4th in the league as we approach the end of the season. We highlights the decisions and flops that is actually responsible for the draw at home.

First, Thomas Tuchel decision to bench N'Golo Kante and use Mason Mount in his place is the biggest setback for the game which the blues needed to gain three point on the night, he further deployed wingers and full back for different position in the pitch with Cesar Azpicueta missing in action.

Chelsea's bench last night consists of his strongest ever with the captain, Kante, Mendy, Chilwel, Werner, Abraham and Giroud all sitting the game out, there was no rhythm on the pitch that could facilitate a lethal attack against the sixteenth place Brighton team. The absence of Matteo Kovacic was greatly missed as well.

Although, Chelsea has slipped into the top four place with a champions league semi final place and FA Cup final in sight, the blues will have to improve its performance to end the season in a champions league spot for next season considering the stiff opposition available in the premier league this season, especially with teams gearing up to finish on a high now that the season has just six more games to finish.
