It took Tottenham until the sometime to register their first shot on target in the hard fought game against Wes Brom Albion as they struggled to establish a dominance performance against a tough Albion opponent. It seems difficult to progress the ball into the final third against a well-structured back-five with an attacking instinct and with a little bit of luck and some more clinical finishing they could well have beaten the high-flying Tottenham.

But in the end just one moment in front of goal was enough for Kane to head home and give his side the win. The goal took Harry Kane's premier league goal tally to 150. A wonderful move involving Kane, Ndombele and Son almost saw Spurs take the lead after 13 minutes but the South Korean took too many touches before getting his strike on goal and which was blocked by the Baggies defenders.

It wasn’t all Spurs in the opening stages though and after two dangerous corners West Brom had a great chance to snatch the lead when Darnell Furlong’s whipped cross found Karlan Grant but he was unable to direct his effort on goal.

The game was well fought till the dying minute before Tottenham was ale to break the deadlock, the victory see spurs top the premier league table ahead of Liverpool's game against two easing title rival Manchester city. It's a good win for spurs going into the international break.
