Trump had initially follow through on a threat to veto a defense bill and demanded dramatic changes to a $2.3 trillion package that funds the federal government and provides nearly $900 billion in coronavirus aid.

Trump also demanded the bill be stripped of foreign aid, which is included in every annual federal spending bill - and was requested by his own administration last year. He objected to other government activities funded by the 5,500-page bill, such as fish breeding and funding for the Smithsonian museums.

But why President Trump decides to raise the pandemic relief fund from $600 to $2000 is beyond comprehension to everyone because he had intentionally cut down on most expanses prior election sighting shortage of funds as the potential reason for doing so, but all of a sudden, his proposed increament in covid-19 relief funds throws everybody off guard.

Although Trump had be inform there's couldn't be a pardon without a conviction.

The US President Trump also announced a wave of presidential pardons, including two for men who pleaded guilty in Mueller's probe, as well as ones for GOP allies who once served in Congress and military contractors involved in a deadly shooting of Iraqi civilians.
