The biggest problem is that even NG-DSS shouldnt be holding this, only the Nigerian NAVY is licensed and trained to use the bad ass weapon, the guy probably doesn’t even know how to use this it.
This is how rotten our policing system is, handling the wrong weapon to the wrong person, Imagine the damage this beast can cause if the guy decided to use it for his own ends meet
