Russia-Ukraine crisis latest news: Joe Biden to host call with Nato allies as invasion fears grow.

Pro-Russian separatists and Ukrainian authorities traded allegations of cease-fire violations along the tense front line separating the two sides, as Western officials said Moscow continued to mass troops along the border of its smaller neighbor.

Russia tells the U.S. in its official response to security proposals from Washington that it has no plans to invade Ukraine, the Tass news service reports 

“If Russia doesn’t invade Ukraine, then we will be relieved that Russia changed course and proved our predictions wrong,’’ U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said at the UN Security Council on Thursday morning.
