MEZUT OZIL PLEDGES TO FOOT ARSENALS MASCOT BILL.
Following the lay off of the famous Arsenal mascot due to pay issues, Mesut OZIL decided to pay for his salary as long as he trained an Arsenal player.
Mesut OZIL has promise to keep paying the salary of the famous arsenal mascot Jerry Quy,
although OZIL refuse to take a pay cut like all other players, but he's more than happy to pay for him. But his gesture feels like hes trying to pull on heart strings to guilt trip his way into the starting 11.
Although, his excuses was he would only take a bigger pay cut IF nobody was made redundant. Arsenal didn’t want to promise him that, and he didn’t want to give Kroenke more money, so he didn’t take any cut. Which was obviously the right choice to him.
But some say his excuses is all bullshit, a commentator on the issue goes does; forget the money going to kreonke, what about those people that lost there job and could still be in a job today if he joined his team mates and donated some of his massive £350 pw salary? How is that the right choice?.
