OSINBAJO PRESS RELEASE ON PRESSING ISSUES

President Yemi Osinbajo address some telling issues plaguing the country, in his word he warned against people who are planing and clamoring for the country to break up and continually reiterate that the country will forever remain one come what may. In his words, he explained;  While we must attend to the cries of communities, and the cries of our people for justice, equity and fairness, we can do so within this same union. Ultimately we are stronger together than apart. We must resist any attempt to destroy the unity of this country. Our people have lived and worked together for decades, even centuries." 

”On security, Osinbajo said, "with the appointment of new Service Chiefs, the nation’s security approach has “fresh set of eyes, intellect and skills and a fresh look at strategies against the insurgency in the North East, as well as banditry and kidnapping elsewhere.” The Vice President also on Energising the economy approved the provision of solar power to markets around the country such as Ariaria in Aba, Sabon Gari in Kano, Sura in Lagos, etc, as part of the energizing economies initiative of the Rural Electrification Agency. 

He also insist the values of integrity and hard work are necessary for the development of our nation and all hand must be on deck for it to be carried out accordingly. He said the government is supporting the youth empowerment through technological advancement. Through technology, our country has the potential not just to be giant of Africa but a major economic giant in the world
