As the writer of this content, am a fan of both as I was a huge fan of Ashanti back in the days even with Ja rule's impacts on some of her classics, but KEYSHA Cole Also brings the freshness and undoubted authority of a mature soulful singer. With hot lyrics that might be a bit deeper than that of Ashanti. But hey, what do I know, the fans knows better, lets hear their view;

Ashanti stopped making music since idk how long ago. She’s old news.. But That was released 3 years ago. Ashanti has a song with dababy and megan the stallion called “nasty” released in 2020. That’s a feature though, we know it hit because of Megan. Ashanti ain’t got a single hit on her own in how long.
For real, this was all entertainment cuz Keyshias nowhere near the same league as Ashanti. It was extremely one sided in favor of Ashanti. I have all Ashantis albums and all of Keyshia s. The quality of music on Keyshia s is evident way more than Ashanti. The hits played on the radio are just the tip of the iceberg of all the other amazing songs on her albums
But this is hits with Versuz. Hits are going to win.
