ASUU APPEAL RESUMPTION ORDER BY THE COURT
The academic staff union of universities have decided to appeal the court order to resume work against all odds
The Nigerian universities lecturers who are ordered to resume work by the Labour court has appeal the judgement and insist resumption isn't possible until the federal government address their agitations.
The labour court yesterday ordered the striking lecturers to resume following the action of the federal government dragging the ASUU body to the court.
But it seems the matter will be dragged to infinity as the lecturing body resorted into appealing the judgement which was filled earlier today.
Hopefully, there will be a resolve between the party soon as all hope for the student to resume soon is further dashed by the latest development.
