Obiano placed 10k fine on face mask defaulters
the governor of Anambra Willie Obiano place a fine
of #10,000 on face mask defaulters, especially in public places
He further reiterate that market women, transporters and all other people
offering their day to day activities in a crowded environment must adhere strictly to the wearing of face mask, this is an effort to further curb the spread of this deadly covid-19 disease.
He included though that the punishments is either the fine or putting in hours of community services at a stipulated time by the administration enforcing the law.
